Returns, Exchanges & Important Policies
K P Styles Boutique strives to make sure women are happy with their purchases. While we do not offer refunds, if you are not happy with the way something looks or fits once you receive it we will be happy to let you exchange it for a different product or give you a credit to purchase something at a different time.
If a customer must return something by mail, please email us at returns@kpstyles-boutique.com to receive an RA number for your return. K P Styles is NOT responsible for return shipping charges OR for shipping charges to ship the replacement items.
There will be a $50 inconvenience fee charged to anyone that has a returned check. This is the customer's responsibility. All returned checks that are unpaid for 7 business days will be turned into the district attorney's office for them to pursue payment.
K P Styles is NOT responsible for any packages once they have been received by USPS. Once turned over to the postal service, they are then their responsibility. If for some reason a package goes missing in the mail K P Styles Boutique will assist any way possible in retrieving the package, however, USPS is ultimately responsible for refunding money for lost packages.
We are happy to assist with defective items as long as they were purchased within the last 60 days. After 60 days, we are no longer responsible for items. This does NOT include items that are not washed, worn or cared for properly.
